Faces Up is a youth-led non-profit organization helping underprivileged young people in Uganda to build a happy and stable future. Using creative arts development and one-to-one mentorship, we aspire to heal fractured lives, provide meaningful opportunities, and encourage young people to fulfil their true potential.
Our empowerment model is holistic, easily scalable, and cost-effective. We work extensively with community-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, governments and independent specialists across Uganda to deliver on our shared goals and leverage combined efforts.
To us, art is about more than a destination; it’s about the journey that takes you there – the self-exploration and discovery, the personal and collective expression, and the voice that focuses attention on community issues.
